Position Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic HR programs while optimizing core HR functions and operations. Positioned as an internal consultant and trusted business partner, the role works closely with senior management to understand key business drivers and deliver tailored HR solutions to complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Change Management
Develop and execute the local HR strategy in alignment with overall business objectives and long-term corporate growth.
Drive the evolution of HR from transactional support to a proactive, value-adding business partnership.
Partner with senior leadership to address emerging workplace trends and organizational challenges.
Champion change management and culture-building initiatives to align workforce behavior with strategic goals.
Talent Management & Organizational Development
Design and implement programs that enhance leadership capability, team engagement, and ongoing career development.
Conduct organizational design initiatives to ensure reporting structures, roles, and team capabilities align with operational goals.
Partner with department heads to identify current and future skill gaps and critical hiring needs.
Build a robust internal talent pipeline and oversee succession planning for key roles.
Performance & Culture
Foster a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Oversee the performance management cycle to ensure individual goals directly support company priorities.
Enhance rewards and recognition frameworks to effectively motivate and retain top talent.
Compliance & Employee Relations
Promote positive employee relations through proactive communication, fair workplace practices, and risk mitigation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and statutory regulations to ensure strict company compliance.
HR Operations & Service Excellence
Establish service quality standards to ensure efficient, consistent HR support across the organization.
Maintain precise employee records, HR metrics, and reporting to drive data-informed decisions.
Maintain a balanced approach between operational day-to-day execution and high-level strategic focus.
