Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organisational goals.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Design and execute training and development programs for employees.
- Monitor and manage compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems.

The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in HR management within the business services industry.
