Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global strategic intelligence firm in their search for a HR Manager based in Cebu City.

Salary Range: Open to discussion

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x onsite)

Shift Schedule: 3PM-12AM

Location: Cebu City

The role

The HR Manager will serve as a senior people leader responsible for shaping and executing the company's regional HR strategy in alignment with global business objectives. This role provides strategic partnership to business leaders while ensuring consistent, high-impact HR practices across multiple regions. This role will oversee end-to-end talent initiatives, performance management, and core HR operations. This is a critical leadership role suited for an experienced HR professional who excels in fast-moving, high-performance, and international environments.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead regional talent acquisition through TA Managers, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and efficient hiring practices
  • Standardize and improve sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and offer processes across regions
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and drive employer branding and external partnerships
  • Partner with the Global Head of HR and regional leaders to execute performance management and talent review cycles
  • Identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent; ensure alignment with succession and workforce planning
  • Collaborate with L&D to deploy leadership and capability development programs
  • Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
  • Oversee regional rollout of corporate HR programs, including engagement, DEI, and talent initiatives
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations cases and ensure labor law compliance across regions
  • Support and approve sensitive HR actions while promoting an inclusive and ethical workplace culture

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scaling environment.
  • Background in international, matrixed, or multi-regional environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements across multiple geographies, with strong familiarity with the Philippines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to support organizational growth through scalable people strategies.
