We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the organization's human resources operations, with a strong focus on recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, and performance management. The HR Generalist will play a key role in attracting and retaining top talent for technical and project-based roles within the construction, architectural, and design sectors while ensuring fair compensation practices and an effective performance evaluation process.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and corporate roles including engineers, architects, designers, project managers, and administrative staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Create and publish job advertisements on job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the evaluation process.
- Conduct background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
- Manage job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding activities for new hires.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future project requirements.
- Develop relationships with universities, professional associations, and recruitment partners

2. Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs including salary structures, allowances, insurance, and government-mandated benefits.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR regulations).
- Coordinate employee enrollment, updates, and claims with benefits providers.
- Assist in salary benchmarking and job grading to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate employee compensation records and HRIS data.
- Support payroll preparation by providing updated HR records such as new hires, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to benefits and compensation policies.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and manage the company's performance evaluation system.
- Coordinate performance review schedules (probationary and annual evaluations).
- Provide guidance to managers on goal setting, KPIs, and performance feedback.
- Consolidate performance ratings and prepare evaluation reports for management.
- Monitor employee development plans and training recommendations based on evaluation results.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation of performance reviews and related HR records.
4. HR Operations Support
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
- Assist in handling employee relations concerns and HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 35 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction, engineering, architectural, or project-based industry.
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Working knowledge of compensation & benefits administration and performance management systems.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government statutory benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and deadlines.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms.
