Qualifications;
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business
Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related course.
- Master's degree or CHRP/CHRM certification is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 812 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 35
years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong Experience In All Facets Of HR, Particularly
- Labor relations and disciplinary management
- DOLE/NLRC compliance and due process
- High-volume recruitment
- HR policies and employee handbook development
- Preferably with experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or
plant-based operations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including employee records, contracts,
attendance, timekeeping, and HRIS.
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and government
requirements (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, OSH).
- Lead labor inspections, audits, and handle cases, grievances, and legal documentation.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, employee handbook, and company rules in line with labor standards and company needs.
- Employee Relations & Discipline
- Manage employee relations issues including grievances, investigations, administrative hearings, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure due process in all corrective actions (NTEs, hearings, decisions, and documentation).
- Advise management on employee discipline, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Foster a positive labor-management relationship, including handling union or union-avoidance strategies.
- Recruitment, Staffing & Onboarding
- Lead manpower planning in coordination with plant operations and leadership.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment: job profiling, sourcing, screening,
interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
- Ensure timelyhiring of plant, technical, QA, logistics, and corporate roles.
- Improve employer branding and hiring processes to support high-volume and
specialized hiring.
- Performance Management & Talent Development
- Design and manage performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, promotions, PIPs).
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs, including supervisory and leadership training.
- Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits
- Administer compensation structures, salary reviews, incentives, and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and compliant pay practices, including wage orders, overtime, and statutory benefits.
- Support payroll validation in coordination with Finance.
- Workplace Safety, Culture & Engagement
- Support Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance in coordination with Safety Officers.
- Promote aculture of discipline, accountability, food safety awareness, and teamwork.
- Lead employee engagement activities, communications, and culture-building initiatives.
- HR Strategy & Leadership
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to Plant and Company Leadership.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure consistent, fair, and efficient HR
service delivery.
Pay: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month (or can adjust according to
the asking salary upon interview)
