Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access requests, orientation scheduling, and exit procedures.
  • Administer employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and providing support during open enrollment periods.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, HR policies, and HR procedures, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records in the HRIS and personnel files, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
  • Support HR compliance initiatives, including assisting with policy documentation, updates, and maintaining required employment records.
  • Assist with general HR operations, employee relations documentation, HR reporting, and administrative support as needed.
  • Process and monitor employee benefit enrollments and claims, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination with benefit providers.
  • Manage and track Service Unit allocations for employees, including issuance, updates, and reconciliation of assigned units.
  • Oversee broadband device and connectivity issuance, including maintaining inventory records, tracking device assignments, and coordinating replacements or returns
  • Maintain and monitor inventory management for service units and broadband devices, ensuring accurate logs and proper accountability of issued assets.
  • Coordinate billing verification and payment processing related to employee service units and broadband subscriptions, ensuring timely reconciliation with vendors and internal finance teams.
  • Generate and maintain reports related to benefits utilization, service unit assignments, broadband inventory, and related expenses for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to benefits administration, asset issuance, and employee service entitlements.
