Oversee broadband device and connectivity issuance, including maintaining inventory records, tracking device assignments, and coordinating replacements or returns
Maintain and monitor inventory management for service units and broadband devices, ensuring accurate logs and proper accountability of issued assets.
Coordinate billing verification and payment processing related to employee service units and broadband subscriptions, ensuring timely reconciliation with vendors and internal finance teams.
Generate and maintain reports related to benefits utilization, service unit assignments, broadband inventory, and related expenses for management review.
