Monee Credit Internship Program offers a learning experience that allows the students to be immersed in the fun and collaborative work environment of Monee Credit PH. A 3-5 month internship open for year-round hiring of undergraduate students, the program aims to provide interns with relevant tasks/projects to work on in their assigned business function. The internship allows the interns to make a difference with technology and become future leaders in the industry.
Job Description
An
HR - Learning & Development Intern will be responsible for:
- Supporting the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programmes, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training)
- Helping the team conduct data analysis and/or prepare reports on training effectiveness and impact
- Crafting newsletters and maintaining communications channels with programme participants
- Involving in learning design, conducting research and generating insights for the development of learning materials for learning programmes
- Helping manage day-to-day Learning & Development administration and operations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be a third or fourth-year college student currently enrolled in a university with a degree in Human Resources or Psychology or any related courses
- Proficient in Google Suite Tools (GSheets, GSlides, Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized in a dynamic work environment
- Has experience in working with Figma or visual design is a plus
- Full time interns are preferred who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
- Voluntary Internship (not required by the school)
- Amenable to working onsite in Mandaluyong City (The Podium) at least three times a week. Can work from home for the rest of the remaining work days.
