We deliver end-to-end hiring solutions for clients across industries in the Philippines. This is an on-site, early-career recruiting role focused on high-volume and specialist hiring across local and regional accounts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to qualify and understand requirements of the role. (What is a good to have vs must have etc)
- Strong focus on direct sourcing on LinkedIn as well as local job boards. Must be able to come up with boolean search strings and use LinkedIn Recruiter advanced search
- Screen candidates and ask effective questions to gauge both technical skills and culture fit
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment from role qualification, candidate sourcing, interviewing to offer management/ negotiation and closing
Must Have Skills / Attribute
- 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment ideally in both agency and in-house/RPO settings
- Excellent in direct sourcing of passive candidates, creating boolean search strings, and have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Skilled in candidate and offer management
- A fast learner, detail-oriented and strong communicator with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders across various levels
- Able to manage up to 15 requisitions independently at any point of time
