Join our HR team as an OJT and get hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and professional development!

  • Assist with daily HR operations including recruitment support
  • Participate in onboarding sessions for new employees

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a school OJT program.
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
