Job Summary:
The HR Intern will assist the HR team in carrying out day-to-day Human Resources operations, including employee engagement, documentation, and administrative support. This role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and exposure to company processes within a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Events
Help organize company events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
Coordinate logistics for employee activities and assist in event documentation (photos, attendance, etc.).
HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain and organize employee files and HR records.
Assist in preparing HR forms, certificates, and other documents.
Help track attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Willing to learn and can work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
