We are looking for a
motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and administrative support. This internship offers hands-on experience in the full spectrum of HR operations, ideal for students or fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through different recruitment platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process of new hires.
- Help prepare HR documents, reports, and employee records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Maintain and update databases, files, and other HR-related information.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed by the HR Department.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.
