We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship is a great opportunity for students or graduating who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, reports, etc.)
- Assist in employee engagement activities and events
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or graduating with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
