Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in various administrative and HR-related tasks. This internship is a great opportunity for students or graduating who want to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job posting, screening, interview scheduling)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help prepare HR documents (contracts, memos, reports, etc.)
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and events
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or graduating with a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
