What a Human Capital Intern Looks Forward To Doing
- Supporting daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
- Gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding for new hires and prepare orientation materials
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in organizing engagement programs, training sessions, and HR events
- Participate in HR projects, including policy reviews and process improvements
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence
- Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
- Internship duration: Minimum 300 hours (flexible to extend)
