What a Human Capital Intern Looks Forward To Doing

  • Supporting daily HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR functions

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding for new hires and prepare orientation materials
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in organizing engagement programs, training sessions, and HR events
  • Participate in HR projects, including policy reviews and process improvements
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and correspondence
  • Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment
  • Internship duration: Minimum 300 hours (flexible to extend)
