Role Description

As an HR Intern at Creating Info, you will work in a remote (WFH) setup and support the day-to-day human resource operations of the company. You will work closely with the HR personnel and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and people-related initiatives. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to core HR functions while developing your communication, organizational, and people management skills.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled college students majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or other related courses (open to both required and voluntary internships)
  • Good background/knowledge in human resource facets
  • Interested in recruitment and employee engagement
  • Experience in people engagement and creating good presentations
  • Excellent people and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Possess strong drive in achieving goals
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Focused, diligent, optimistic, fast learner, resourceful, and creative
  • Highly motivated and energetic
  • Willing to render at least 800 hours

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as applicant screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes and related documentation
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
  • Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and reports
  • Prepare presentations, announcements, and internal communications as needed
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR department
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
