Join Our Team as an HR Admin Intern

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Office Administration We're offering an exciting internship opportunity where you'll learn the inner workings of HR and general affairs within a fast-growing global company.

This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people operations, eager to develop practical HR skills, and interested in working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You'll be working closely with our HR and Admin team and will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from Taiwan, China, and other countries.

Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the HR/General Affairs team, you will be involved in learning and supporting:

  • Office Administration Support: Assisting in maintaining office records, organizing files, and supporting office logistics
  • Asset Tracking Assistance: Learning how to document and track company assets like office supplies and office item/equipment
  • Travel and Logistics Coordination: Supporting the team in preparing documents or coordinating simple travel or accommodation needs
  • Facility and Workplace Coordination: Learning the basics of office facility upkeep and assisting in monitoring service requests
  • HR Documentation: Supporting the filing and organization of HR-related documents
  • Staff Engagement Activities: Assisting in planning internal events, employee engagement initiatives, or onboarding processes

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in HR or administrative work
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa

Duration: 3 to 6 months (flexible, depending on university requirements)
