Job Summary
The HR Intern will assist the Human Resources Department in carrying out daily HR and administrative functions. This internship offers hands-on learning opportunities in recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR processes while providing practical workplace experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Organize, update, and maintain employee 201 files and HR records.
- Assist in onboarding activities, including the preparation of employment documents and orientation materials.
- Support attendance monitoring, leave administration, and payroll-related documentation.
- Prepare HR documents such as memoranda, certifications, employment contracts, and other administrative forms.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, and company events.
- Encode and update HR databases, trackers, and reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records and company information.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Officer or immediate supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related course.
- Must be endorsed by the school for On-the-Job Training (OJT)/Internship.
- Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a professional work environment.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Willing to report to the office at LRI Building, 21 Congressional Avenue, Brgy. Bahay Toro, Quezon City, when required.
