Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing, filing, and maintaining company documents and records.
  • Perform data entry and update spreadsheets, databases, and monitoring trackers.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document routing tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room reservations.
  • Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative concerns and requests.
  • Assist in onboarding preparations, employee documentation, or HR-related administrative tasks when assigned.
  • Support the team during company activities, meetings, and events.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications Summary

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Administration, or any related course.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capable of handling confidential information professionally.
  • Willing to render internship hours on-site or as required by the company.
  • With a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
