Job Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations
Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and hiring process
Review and implement HR policies and procedures across Singapore, China, and Vietnam offices
Manage compensation & benefits matters including payroll, insurance, performance review, and staff benefits
Coordinate training and staff development programs
Provide HR support and advisory to employees and management
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain employee records
Support HR improvement initiatives and HR system implementation
Oversee office administration, travel arrangements, visa applications, and office operations
Liaise with vendors and external service providers
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
5 - 7 years of relevant HR experience
Experience in managerial or supervisory role preferred
Willing to travel to Vietnam when required
