Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
  • Onboarding & Contracts: Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Visa & Immigration: Handle work permit and visa applications/renewals for foreign employees.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records and prepare various HR-related documents and reports.
  • General Support: Assist in other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma /Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably with working experience in building / construction industry.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and is a great team player.
  • Willingness to take up new challenges, able to work well under stress and love challenges.
  • Must be able to multi-task and have data organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications.
  • Work Location: Changi Airport area
