Job Description
- Partner with business leaders across the Philippines and emerging markets to align talent, organization design, and workforce strategies with business growth objectives.
- Lead transformation and change initiatives, driving organizational effectiveness, capability building, leadership development, and adoption of new ways of working.
- Own the people agenda, including talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and culture initiatives.
- Advise senior stakeholders on workforce strategy, governance, risk, and employee relations, ensuring compliant and effective people practices across markets.
- Leverage workforce analytics and market insights to inform strategic decisions, identify organizational opportunities, and support sustainable business growth
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Head should have:
- Experience in the FMCG industry or a similar environment (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, management, and development.
- Ability to lead organisational change and develop HR strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in managing compensation and benefits programmes.
