HR Governance and Projects Associate

An HR Governance and Special Projects Associate is responsible for:

Workplace Governance

• Draft, review, and update people-related policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate compliance with workplace policies and HQ-mandated requirements.
• Ensure consistent application of policies across entities.
• Coordinate people-related budgets across entities and monitor contract status, approvals, and budget utilization.

Strategic Projects & PMO

• Drive cross-functional projects for the People organization.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, stakeholder communications, and execution.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and updates.
• Support special projects from the Head of People and leadership team.

People Data & Reporting

• Own People Operations dashboards and trackers.
• Monitor recruitment, workforce, attrition, budgeting, and people metrics.
• Maintain data quality and reporting accuracy.
• Generate insights and recommendations for leadership.

Automation & AI Initiatives

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
• Partner with business and technical teams on implementation.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled people solutions.
• Improve process efficiency through technology and data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing or relevant field
• At least 3 years of total experience in Project Management, Human Resources, HR Advisory, HR Transformation or Chief of Staff background
• Experience in creating management presentations
• Tech Savvy with Excel/GSheet, Powerpoint/GSlides as priority and other GSuite/Office platform
• Experience with automation tools, AI solutions, or workflow platforms and has knowledge in SQL, dashboarding, or analytics experience.
• Knowledge in MORB, Data Privacy, and other regulations is ideal
