An HR Governance and Special Projects Associate is responsible for:
Ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws, regulations, and internal standards.
Assists in the development, maintenance, and regular review of HR policies and governance frameworks.
Manage and audit operational expenses of the People Team through budget forecasting and managing utilization reporting.
Monitors and tracks HR compliance metrics, reporting deviations or risks to relevant stakeholders.
Drives company-wide people-focused projects and process improvement initiatives.
HR Project Management: Assist the Head of People to monitor and track all HR key deliverables, working closely with the rest of the People Team Sub-Leads.
HR Governance: Assist the Head of People in driving remediation and completion of HR Governance-related tasks, such as but not limited to BSP/External and Internal Audit, Compliance Testing, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, etc. Maintains the repository of all critical contracts and service agreements and HR Policies and SOPs.
HR Budget and Expense Management: Manage end-to-end process and audit of operational expenses of People Team (forecasting, project code creation, monitoring, tracking, etc.)
HR Transformation: Drives company-wide people-focused projects and process improvement and policy enhancement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing or relevant field
Experience in creating management presentations
Tech Savvy with Excel/GSheet, Powerpoint/GSlides as priority and other GSuite/Office platforms
At least 2-5 years of total experience in Project Management, Human Resources, Recruitment, or previous Employer Branding background
Knowledge in MORB, Data Privacy, and other regulations is ideal
