An HR Governance and Special Projects Associate is responsible for:

  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws, regulations, and internal standards.
  • Assists in the development, maintenance, and regular review of HR policies and governance frameworks.
  • Manage and audit operational expenses of the People Team through budget forecasting and managing utilization reporting.
  • Monitors and tracks HR compliance metrics, reporting deviations or risks to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drives company-wide people-focused projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • HR Project Management: Assist the Head of People to monitor and track all HR key deliverables, working closely with the rest of the People Team Sub-Leads.
  • HR Governance: Assist the Head of People in driving remediation and completion of HR Governance-related tasks, such as but not limited to BSP/External and Internal Audit, Compliance Testing, Risk and Control Self-Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, etc. Maintains the repository of all critical contracts and service agreements and HR Policies and SOPs.
  • HR Budget and Expense Management: Manage end-to-end process and audit of operational expenses of People Team (forecasting, project code creation, monitoring, tracking, etc.)
  • HR Transformation: Drives company-wide people-focused projects and process improvement and policy enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing or relevant field
  • Experience in creating management presentations
  • Tech Savvy with Excel/GSheet, Powerpoint/GSlides as priority and other GSuite/Office platforms
  • At least 2-5 years of total experience in Project Management, Human Resources, Recruitment, or previous Employer Branding background
  • Knowledge in MORB, Data Privacy, and other regulations is ideal
