Position Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and proactive HR Generalist to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management, ensuring HR operations run smoothly while championing a high-performance, inclusive culture. This role is ideal for someone comfortable navigating complex labor relations, sourcing top-tier talent, and designing engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Full-Cycle Hiring: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
- Employer Branding: Enhance our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to attract diverse, high-quality talent
- Onboarding: Design and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the company culture from day one
- Employee Relations
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a neutral mediator to resolve workplace disputes and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent treatment for all staff; draft and serve NTEs, NODs, RTWOs, and other related documents
- Performance Management: Support managers in the performance review process and provide guidance on PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans)
- Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees regarding company policies, career development, and workplace concerns
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute initiatives (surveys, town halls, team-building) designed to improve retention and morale
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze turnover rates and engagement survey data to identify trends and propose actionable solutions
- Recognition Programs: Manage rewards and recognition programs that celebrate employee milestones and high performance
- HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Handle employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and performance evaluation forms
- Others
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience: 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Generalist
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Mindset: Proven ability to build strong business relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
