Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Generalist to oversee daily human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and government compliance. The ideal candidate will also handle company permits and ensure timely processing of regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring, onboarding)
Facilitate new employee orientation
Employee Relations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records and 201 files
Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary documentation
Assist in performance evaluation processes
Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
Payroll & Benefits
Assist in payroll preparation and timekeeping validation
Process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Compliance & Permits
Coordinate employee benefits and compensation concerns
Process and renew company business permits and licenses
Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations
Handle DOLE-related documentation and compliance requirements
Coordinate with government agencies for reports and submissions
Maintain updated records of all company permits and registrations
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Knowledge of labor laws and government compliance procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
2+ years experience
Preferred Skills
Experience in processing business permits and government compliance
Background in payroll processing
Familiarity with HRIS systems
