Position: HR Generalist
Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
Shift: Graveyard (8 hrs daily, MonFri)
Role Overview
The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations across all active campaigns and internal teams of VCG. This role covers the employee lifecycle, documentation, performance monitoring support, and HR administration. The HR Generalist serves as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers and must thrive in a fast-paced outsourcing environment with multiple hires, exits, and contract changes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Monitor onboarding of all new hires across campaigns
- Ensure completion and signing of all onboarding documents
- Manage contract preparation, signing, and renewals
- Track probationary periods and employee regularization
- Monitor exit processes and clearance completion
- Release Certificates of Employment (COE), certificates, and employment verification
- Maintain 201 files and employee database
- Track workforce roster and status changes
2. Timekeeping & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance and timekeeping submissions
- Validate payroll inputs before submission to Finance
- Track leaves, absences, and schedule changes
- Coordinate with Operations and Finance for payroll adjustments
3. Employee Relations
- Serve as primary HR point of contact for employees
- Address general HR concerns and inquiries
- Document incidents, offenses, and disciplinary actions
- Prepare and issue notices and Personal Action Notices (PANs)
- Maintain disciplinary records and case tracking
- Support managers in handling employee cases
4. Performance Management Support
- Monitor performance evaluation schedules
- Ensure managers submit KPIs and review forms
- Track performance improvement plans
- Document performance-related actions
5. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain complete and updated employee records
- Ensure all employees sign required documents
- Provide guidance on company handbook and policies
- Draft and release HR memos and announcements
- Track document compliance across all campaigns
6. Recruitment Support
- Assist the recruitment team during hiring surges
- Help create job descriptions for new roles
- Coordinate onboarding schedules
- Ensure hiring documents are complete
7. Engagement & Culture
- Help implement company activities and initiatives
- Support wellness and morale programs
- Monitor overall employee well-being
- Assist in engagement strategies
8. Process & Operations Improvement
- Recommend improvements to HR/admin workflows
- Support rollout of new HR processes or tools
- Assist with business continuity initiatives
- Help maintain HR trackers and dashboards

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Officer
- Experience in BPO or outsourcing environment
- Strong documentation and tracking skills
- Comfortable handling multiple campaigns
- Strong employee relations experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to handle confidential information
