Position:HR Generalist Support - Global Setting
Job Summary
The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on Performance Management. The role will work closely with managers and employees to drive a high-performance culture, ensure consistent application of performance processes, and strengthen capability development across the organization. Additionally, the HR Generalist will support recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR reporting to deliver an efficient and employee-centric HR service.
This role also requires experience in supporting global operations, partnering with cross-regional teams, and navigating diverse cultural environments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR processes across different geographies.
Duties and Accountabilities
Performance Management
Support the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, calibrations, and talent assessments.
Monitor compliance and progress, providing reminders, insights, and escalations when necessary.
Analyze performance results to identify trends, risks, and development opportunities.
Support enhancement and utilization of performance management tools and systems (e.g., ServiceNow/Workday).
Partner with leaders to ensure fairness and consistency in performance rating practices.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating offers).
Conduct onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
HR Operations & Benefits
Maintain accurate employee records and support preparation of HR reports and dashboards.
Ensure HR processes and documentation are compliant with local labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate benefits administration and employee movement processes (transfers, promotions, exits).
Learning & Development Support
Manage scheduling, logistics, and communication for training programs.
Track completion rates and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.
Qualifications
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
Work Experience
35 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to performance management programs.
Must have experience supporting global operations and working with cross-regional teams.
Technical / Functional Skills
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee relations, and labor law.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
Ability to analyze HR data and develop insights to support decision-making.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
Ability to navigate diverse cultural environments and support globally distributed teams.
