Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and organizational changes.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and time-off requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
  • Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of employee data and changes.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Assist with performance management processes including reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
  • Organize training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related events.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  • Solid knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
