Job Description

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage endtoend recruitment ensuring adherence to internal standards and local labor regulations.
    • Oversee job postings, screening, interviewing, background checks, medical examinations, and HC approvals.
    • Execute the full onboarding process and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
Training & Development

  • Assess capability gaps and coordinate training programs to address technical and softskill needs.
  • Support performance management activities and S&D/9-box processes.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes; promote positive workplace relations.
  • Maintain effective communication channels across teams.
  • Stay updated on relevant labor laws and act as liaison with government agencies (DOLE, DILG, DOH, etc.).

HR Administration

  • Manage employee benefits, welfare programs, and company events; provide first-line support for benefit inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, including 201 files.
  • Handle audit requirements and HR documentation updates (SWA, ECOLA, memos, compliance reports).
  • Prepare HR reports covering KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics.

The Successful Applicant


  • Hands-on HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage sensitive matters effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR-related systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Willing and able to report 100% onsite
