About The Role
As an
HR Generalist you'll lead end to end recruitment, create seamless onboarding experiences, and be a trusted partner to employees and leaders across the business. In this role, you'll support day to day HR operations, drive engagement and culture initiatives, manage key HR processes and movements, and ensure smooth offboarding. You'll also contribute to meaningful CSR programs while helping shape a positive, peoplefocused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing candidates
- Manage onboarding and ensure new hires have a smooth start
- Monitor and track replacements for vacant positions
Employee Relations & HR Support
- Address employee concerns on ER issues, payroll queries, workplace feedback, and communication
- Provide day-to-day HR presence and support across assigned sites
HR Administration & Movements
- Process regularization, promotions, transfers, and other employment changes
- Facilitate Compensation & Benefits adjustments as approved by management
Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement activities aligned with HCCE initiatives and annual budgets
- Help strengthen company culture and morale
HR Reporting & Stakeholder Partnership
- Prepare HR reports for management and present insights when needed
- Build strong relationships with leaders to understand and support their people needs
Policy Compliance & Offboarding
- Implement company policies and cascade updates and memos
- Manage exit processes, including clearance and exit interviews
CSR Support
- Assist in planning and executing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 24 years of HR generalist experience (recruitment + ER exposure preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor standards
- Team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity
