We are looking for a HR Financial Analyst.

We're hiring an HR Financial Analysta finance professional who will bring FP&A discipline into human resources, enabling datadriven people decisions across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting/FP&A foundation who wants to broaden their career into strategic workforce planning, compensation analysis, and organizational cost optimization.

• Analyze workforce costs, compensation structures, and headcount budgets.
• Create financial models and forecasts to support HR and organizational planning.
• Build dashboards and reports that connect financial insights with HR metrics.
• Partner with HR and senior leaders to align talent strategies with business financial goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workforce spending and improve HR process efficiency.

We are looking for someone who:

• Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or related fields.
• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, auditing, budgeting, or related finance roles
• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Ability to translate financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Interest in applying finance expertise to people strategy and organizational planning
