Human Resource Functions
Manage employee government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee records, policy implementation, and engagement
Supervise and mentor interns
Maintain accurate HR documentation
Finance Functions
Perform accurate data entry, record-keeping, and filing of financial documents
Prepare monthly sales and expense reports
Reconcile financial data before uploading to NetSuite or other accounting software
Follow up on accounts receivable and assist in collections
Support finance audits and ensure compliance
Administrative Tasks
Process government documents and accreditations
Assist departments such as purchasing, logistics, inventory
Pick up and deposit sales or expense-related funds when required
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth office operations
Job Requirements
At least 2 years of office experience in similar roles
Very detailed and organized
College graduate
Computer literate
Able to work with minimal supervision
Knowledgeable in any accounting software (NetSuite is an advantage)
Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle various tasks
Honest and with high integrity
Fully vaccinated
Preferably residing near Pasig City
