Job Description

We invite suitably qualified Singaporeans or Permanent Residents to join our team.

The successful candidate will support the full spectrum of human resource functions, including recruitment and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain and update company and staff insurance policies, including medical, group hospitalization and other corporate insurance coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in leave administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support across departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
  • Experience in employee benefits and insurance administration is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
