Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented
HR Recruiter to support daily HR functions with a strong focus on backend operations and exposure to the
Philippines HR domain. This role works closely under the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and accurate workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations including employee records management and documentation
- Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and attendance logs
- Assist in payroll processing by organizing attendance and leave records
- Handle onboarding documentation and employee record verification
- Ensure all documentation aligns with Philippines HR practices and standards
- Track employee attendance, performance issues, and policy compliance
- Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communications
- Coordinate with team leads for workforce updates and reporting
- Maintain proper filing systems for compliance and audits
- Support the HR Manager in administrative and operational tasks
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination until onboarding
- Handle BPO appointment setter recruitment and hiring requirements
- Utilize multiple hiring platforms (job portals, social media, and recruitment tools) to attract and manage a larger pool of candidates
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 12 years of experience (or strong internship experience) in HR
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
- Interest or exposure to Philippines HR domain preferred
