Successful Candidate should have:

• Proven HR leadership experience within pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, or other regulated environments
• Strong understanding of labor law, compliance, and HR governance, ideally in manufacturing or commercial settings
• Demonstrated ability to lead both strategy and handson execution in a fastgrowing or transformational business
• Track record in organizational transformation, including workforce restructuring, org design, or major change initiatives
• Solid experience managing labor relations, employee issues, and stakeholder engagement
• Exposure to regional or multicountry operations, partnering with leadership across markets
• Trusted advisor to senior leadership, with confidence influencing decisions on talent, performance, rewards, and succession
• Pragmatic, businessoriented HR leader who can deliver results quickly without overbureaucracy
• Experience working closely with commercial, supply chain, and manufacturing teams
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to build highperformance, compliant, and engaged teams
