Job Description

The HR Director is responsible for leading the organizations overall human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals, and fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture. This role oversees all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organizations mission and long-term goals.
  • Oversee the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, talent development, and employee retention.
  • Lead HR team members, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services across all departments.
  • Create and implement HR policies, procedures, and organizational standards.
  • Manage employee relations and handle complex HR issues with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and internal policies.
  • Plan and lead organizational development initiatives, training programs, and succession planning.
  • Guide management in decision-making related to people, culture, and workforce planning.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for executive leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles (typically 812 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial/director role).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to implement operational HR solutions.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Can start immediately.
