HR Coordinator - APAC
Type: Full-Time | Generalist focus
Are you an HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the science of HR compliance We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our 3,000+ employees across 14 pay groups in Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji.
This isn't just adminit's a critical compliance and experience role. From managing complex SOX (HTR01) standards to supporting M&A activities you will be the backbone of our HR operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- The Lifecycle Engine: Managing 150 transactions monthly, including contracts, variations, and new starter paperwork with 100% accuracy.
- Systems Specialist: Owning the Workday workflow and managing our LMS (U+) for inductions, Tech Tuesdays, and L&D reporting.
- Compliance Guardian: Ensuring AU/NZ labor law alignment, managing AEWV (Accredited Employer Work Visa) reporting, and conducting regular visa/work rights audits.
- Employee Experience: Leading the Welcome Box initiative, conducting 012 month check-ins, and managing the end-to-end exit process.
- Project Support: Assisting the HR Transformation Manager on 2026 initiatives, including recruitment process improvements and Long Service Leave (LSL) streamlining.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Proven HR Generalist background in a high-volume environment.
- Compliance Savvy: Strong foundational knowledge of AU/NZ Labour Laws and Immigration/Visa law.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Workday and Excel. Experience with SOX/HTR01 compliance is a major plus.
- Adaptability: Comfortable supporting a diverse workforce across 14 pay groups and three countries.
- Communication: Ability to liaise with stakeholders across IT, Payroll, and Senior Leadership.
