CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST for Human Resources
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing pertinent processes and procedures of the Human Resource Department to make
sure they adhere to the organization's most recent ISO Certification.
- Promoting initiatives to resolve identified nonconformance and process improvement techniques
- Developing continuous improvement plans for the Human Resource Department and communicating them with the concerned members of the organization.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or Business Administration
- HR experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and systematic
- Detail-oriented and dependable
