Position: HR Compensation and Data Manager
We are looking for experienced HR professional for one of our key clients, ideally from a multinational company. The role involves driving organizational competitiveness through modern compensation and benefits structures, benchmarking, and data analytics for both local and expat employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align with Corporate on the conduct of annual benchmarking for salaries and benefits.
- Develop retention programs, allowances, and incentives.
- Maintain salary structures, job leveling, and internal equity.
- Analyze attrition and reward effectiveness.
- Provide C&B advisory to HRBPs and leadership.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards on attrition, hiring, retention, and performance.
- Consolidate data from project sites and branch office through HRBPs.
- Conduct employee surveys, FGDs, and data analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and automation of HR reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years in Compensation & Benefits function.
- Experience in doing HR Data Analytics.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills, experience with expat packages.
