Job Description

Qualifications

With or without HR work experience (experience in clerical or administrative work is an advantage).

Knowledge of basic HR processes and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).

Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Scope Of Work

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR documents. Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Support HR staff in the implementation of company policies and procedures. Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related concerns and queries. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company standards, and HR best practices.
