Responsibilities:- The role holder will play a key role in leading change management initiatives, ensuring they are implemented effectively by creating organizational buy-in, driving adoption, and managing organizational readiness.
- They will build and manage key stakeholder relationships with Talent Management teams in each of the Firm's offices, across all regions.
- The focus is on the people side of change, making sure our Talent Management teams, People administrators, managers, and end-users understand what is changing and why, what it means for them, and what they need to do in the new system.
- They will work with the Change Management Workstream Lead, Senior Change Manager, Global Internal Communications, and Technology Training teams to execute the change management plan, ensuring the successful delivery of Project WorkBrite.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Manage the delivery of training to Talent Management, People Administrators and Managers across all offices
- Manage the delivery of the training strategy and plan, defining the training schedule, delivery roles, responsibilities, deliverables, outcomes and success measures
- Lead on the development of training materials and tools for all in-scope SuccessFactors modules, including QRGs, WalkMe guidance, demonstration sessions and training videos
- Lead on the administrative and logistical support required to deliver the necessary training sessions, including identifying training audiences, sending and tracking training invitations, etc.
- Manage the change agent network, creating the tools and resources required to help them drive local system adoption
- Provide project management support as required, including the production of status reports, identification of risks and issues, and other reporting needs
- Identify and document change impacts to inform the appropriate interventions required to reduce resistance to change and drive successful adoption
- Evaluate key stakeholders to inform the optimal change management approaches to gain their buy-in
- Lead on the execution of the global and local communications plan, providing support to local office teams and tracking status, risks and issues
Skills and Experience:- Bachelors degree related to business and/or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a legal and/or professional services environment is highly desirable
- Experience supporting large, complex, global, HR strategy & transformation projects including the full HR transformation lifecycle from strategy through implementation and optimization preferred
- Highly analytical, attention to detail with specialist experience in change management and training with a global scope
- Experience in implementing SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting & Onboarding, Succession, Performance, and Learning modules) desirable
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfortable with an agile and iterative development process that includes accepting and managing feedback from various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills with both team members and internal business constituents and comfortable mediating between stakeholder needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility
- Relationship building, gaining consensus, and adoption methods
- Continued drive for excellence and high quality, despite frequent iterations, changes in priority, scope, and stakeholders
- Experience with Smartsheet, MS Office applications, project management processes, tools, and applications
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (SHRM - Certified Professional) Preferred
