Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Integrate talent acquisition, leadership development, succession planning, inclusion & diversity, and workforce planning to deliver cohesive T&D strategies with the rest of HR and business leaders.
  • Diagnose learning needs and design practical development solutions (team effectiveness, engagement, change, culture, innovation); tailor programs and tools for local impact.
  • Own the learning budget, run outcomes-focused talent reviews, and convert insights into interventions that build critical role pipelines and retain high-potential talent.

Essential qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering T&D interventions in an HRBP role.
  • Ability to identify potential, build critical capabilities through targeted interventions, and mobilize talent across readiness levels.
  • Skilled at distilling complex ideas for diverse stakeholders using data and business insights.
  • Future-focused, able to craft a compelling vision, inspire commitment, and lead in both direct and matrixed environments.

Desirable qualifications

  • Master's degree or certification in talent management or learning and development.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or shared services.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems.
