Essential qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated success designing and delivering T&D interventions in an HRBP role.
Ability to identify potential, build critical capabilities through targeted interventions, and mobilize talent across readiness levels.
Skilled at distilling complex ideas for diverse stakeholders using data and business insights.
Future-focused, able to craft a compelling vision, inspire commitment, and lead in both direct and matrixed environments.
Desirable qualifications
Master's degree or certification in talent management or learning and development.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or shared services.
