Job Description

    • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people and performance strategies aligned with regional and group objectives.
    • Act as the primary HR advisor on employee relations, policy interpretation, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
    • Lead endtoend recruitment activities, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and workforce planning.
    • Drive organizational development initiatives, including engagement, succession planning, leadership development, and retention programs.
    • Oversee compensation and benefits reviews, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
    • Lead training needs analysis, coordinate learning initiatives, and maintain accurate employee training records.
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and lead HR system processes, including HCM/Workdayrelated activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong working knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders and employees at all levels.
  • Willingness to work fully onsite.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Experience supporting regional or crossborder HR initiatives
  • Exposure to HRIS or Workday implementations.
  • Strong change management and organizational development experience.
