Job Description

A fast-growing organisation operating in the FMCG industry, based in Quezon City.

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organisational development needs.
Oversee talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to guide decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a productive work environment.
Lead employee engagement and development programs to enhance team performance.
Offer guidance and support on performance management and employee relations issues.

A successful Business Partnering Associate Director should have:

Extensive knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
Experience in strategic HR planning and business partnering in the FMCG industry.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills to manage and guide HR teams effectively.
