Reports directly to the HR Head with matrix reporting to the business head of the organization/department assigned to him/her.
Serves as the central point of contact for employees and leaders within the organization/department for any HR-related issues or concerns or services needed and provides the appropriate guidance and support required.
In partnership with the business leaders, collaborate with the different HR Centers of Expertise (COE) for HR solutions and services needed by the organization
Support managers and supervisors in conducting performance reviews & coaching and developing individual development plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
In partnership with the business leader, facilitate robust succession plan for key talents and ensures appropriate individual development plans are developed and implemented to accelerate their development and build strong internal talent pipeline.
Manage HR-related risks by identifying issues and implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.
Lead or contribute to HR projects such as policy development, process improvements, and HR system implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve HR and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA or Master's Degree will be an advantage
Minimum 5 years as an HR Generalist or in HR supervisory role.
