Job Description
Performance Program Design & Implementation
- Develop and manage the organization's performance management framework, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles, and performance improvement plans.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR teams to align performance systems with organizational strategy.
- Implement tools and platforms that support real-time performance tracking and continuous feedback.
Training & Support
- Train managers and employees on performance processes, including SMART goal-setting, feedback best practices, and evaluation criteria.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance conversations and employee development plans.
- Offer support during review cycles and resolve any escalated concerns or conflicts.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor performance trends, identify gaps, and propose action plans to address underperformance.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for HR leadership, identifying trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Support calibration processes to ensure fairness and consistency across teams.
Performance Improvement & Recognition
- Collaborate with HRBPs to create and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) where necessary.
- Recommend and help implement recognition programs that reward high performance and impact.
- Ensure alignment between performance evaluations and compensation, promotions, and talent planning decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in performance management and program management
- Strong understanding of performance frameworks, employee engagement, and feedback systems.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
