Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role is based in Quezon City, where the HR Business Partner will work closely with leadership to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert HR guidance, driving employee engagement, managing talent acquisition, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The HR Business Partner will also play a key role in training, development, and organizational transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications in HR may be an advantage.
• With at least 5 years professional work experience
• Proficient in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes.
• Capable of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities to address workforce challenges effectively.
• Prior experience in an HR generalist or business partner role; experience in a multi-industry company is preferred but not required.
