As an HR Business Partner, you are a strategic consultant to our leadership team. Unlike a generalist who handles daily admin, you sit at the decision-making table for specific departments. Your mission is to align our people strategy with our business goals. You'll act as a coach, a talent scout, and a problem-solver, ensuring that our teams have the right culture and talent to win.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with department heads to understand their business challenges and design HR initiatives (like restructuring or specialized hiring) to solve them.
- Talent & Succession Planning: Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted mediator for complex workplace issues. You'll conduct investigations, provide coaching to managers on tough conversations, and ensure a fair, inclusive environment.
- Culture & Engagement: Analyze employee feedback and turnover data to launch programs that improve morale, productivity, and retention.
- Change Management: Guide teams through transitions, such as new software rollouts, office moves, or changes in company direction, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption.
- Performance Coaching: Empower managers to set clear goals and provide effective feedback, moving away from policing and toward active performance improvement.
