Universal Robina is looking for a proactive and analytical HR Business Partner Intern to support our HR Business Partner team in aligning human resource strategies with business goals. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a career in strategic HR and looking to gain insight into workforce planning, organizational development, and HR analytics. You'll work closely with HRBPs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives that drive performance and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist HRBPs in gathering and analyzing HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, workforce planning)
- Support the implementation of talent management and organizational development initiatives
- Participate in employee relations case tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Conduct research on HR best practices and help prepare strategic recommendations
- Help facilitate employee surveys, analyze results, and contribute to action planning
- Assist with performance review cycles and talent calibration sessions
- Coordinate HR projects and track progress against timelines and goals
- Provide administrative support to the HRBP team as needed
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR strategy and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret HR data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Can work for a minimum of 3 months
- Can work starting February 2, 2026.
