Job Description

Employment Type: Full-Time Employment

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Day Shift Schedule: (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Tue to Wed, 5:00 AM to 2:30 Thursday to Fri, 5:00 AM to 12:00 NN Sat for the first three months and until further notice)

Night Shift Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM

Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City

Reports to: HR Supervisor

Matrix Coordination: Business Unit / Department Heads

Direct Reports: None

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides business-facing HR support and advisory services to assigned departments, ensuring that people-related matters are addressed consistently, compliantly, and in alignment with HR policies and standards.

The role focuses on supporting managers, identifying people risks, and coordinating HR solutions, while escalating strategic, high-risk, or policy-impacting matters to the HR Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Business & People Support

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units
  • Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers on policies, processes, and people matters
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across supported departments

Employee Relations Support

  • Provide first-level HR advisory support on employee relations concerns
  • Ensure alignment of recommendations with company policies and labor regulations
  • Coordinate with the ER team on case handling and documentation requirements
  • Escalate sensitive, high-risk, or complex cases to the HR leadership.

Performance & Manager Enablement

  • Support performance management cycles and related HR processes
  • Guide managers on performance documentation and procedural compliance
  • Reinforce leadership accountability in people management practices

Governance, Reporting & Escalation

  • Monitor HR compliance indicators within assigned business units
  • Prepare people insights, trends, and status reports for the HR Supervisor
  • Ensure timely escalation of risks, deviations, and policy concerns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related course
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Basic reporting and data analysis tools
  • HR policy interpretation and implementation
  • HR reporting and data tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Problem-solving and conflict resolution, Professional judgment and confidentiality handling
  • Willingness to work onsite and follow shifting schedules
